In 2016, Anne became part of the r² advisors team, assuming the role of Director of Operations. In this capacity, she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the firm, took charge of marketing and business development initiatives, and played a pivotal role in engaging with the firm's clients across various accounting and finance functions. Over the subsequent years, Anne's responsibilities increasingly centered around client-related matters, where she found immense fulfillment in collaborating with clients and fellow professionals to devise innovative solutions for challenging situations.

Prior to joining r² advisors, Anne worked as a campaign finance consultant for candidates and committees across Colorado. She is passionate about promoting business growth through relationship-building and networking within the r² community. Anne actively participates in the Turnaround Management Association and holds positions on both the Rocky Mountain Board of Directors and the TMA Global Executive Board. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee.
